Before you write in about the guarantee

You do not need to justify it or send photos of a cat ignoring a fountain. One line and your order number is genuinely enough.

If it is urgent and about your cat

Please do not email us — call a vet. A cat straining to urinate, producing no urine, or crying in the litter tray is an emergency, and male cats can deteriorate within hours. We sell water bowls; we are not the right people to ask.
