Short version: we collect what we need to send you a fountain and some filters, and nothing else. We do not sell data to anyone.

What we collect

• Order information — name, delivery address, email, and what you bought.
• Payment information — handled entirely by our payment processor. We never see or store your full card number.
• Site analytics — aggregate page views and where visits came from. Not tied to your name.
• Email preferences — whether you want shipping reminders and product email. Product email is off by default.

Why

To fulfil your order, to run your filter plan on the right schedule, to handle returns and warranty claims, and to comply with tax and accounting law. That is the complete list.

Your rights

In the UK, EU, Canada, Australia and New Zealand you can ask us for a copy of everything we hold on you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Ask through the contact form and we will action it within 30 days. We will keep only what tax law requires us to keep.

Cookies

The site uses a small amount of local storage to remember your country and what is in your cart. That never leaves your browser. Analytics cookies are optional and we ask before setting them.
