These terms apply when you buy from us. They are written to be read.

The product

BRIM sells a mains-powered household appliance for animals. It is not a medical or veterinary device. Nothing we sell diagnoses, treats, prevents or cures any condition in any animal, and nothing on this site is veterinary advice. Research cited on the site is provided so you can check it yourself; none of those studies tested this product.

Filter plans

• A filter plan is a recurring order. You are charged each time a box ships, at the price shown when you signed up.
• We email you three days before each shipment so you can skip it.
• You can skip, delay, change cadence, pause or cancel from your account at any time.
• If we change the price we will tell you at least 30 days before it applies, and you can cancel.

Pricing and availability

Prices are shown in your local currency and include applicable sales tax or VAT. We may change prices, but never for an order already placed. If we get a price badly wrong we will contact you before shipping rather than quietly cancelling.

Liability

We are responsible for supplying a product that works as described. We are not responsible for how your cat feels about it — which is exactly why the 90-night guarantee exists. Nothing here limits your statutory consumer rights, which in every country we sell to sit above anything written on this page.

Governing law

Orders are governed by the law of the country you ordered from, and disputes may be brought in that country’s courts.
